These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases, downloads, and use of materials offered through heykidsletsdraw.com by Ollerton Marketing LLC, operating as Hey Kids, Let’s Draw (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please review these terms before downloading or purchasing our products. When you accept these terms at checkout or when requesting a download, you agree to follow them.

1. Adult Purchases and Form Submissions

Purchases, download requests, and subscriptions must be completed by someone age 18 or older using their own contact and payment information.

Our activities are designed for children to enjoy with appropriate adult supervision. Adults are responsible for selecting activities suitable for the children in their care.

2. Digital Products

Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, products sold directly through our website are digital files, such as printable PDF coloring pages. No physical product will be shipped.

You are responsible for having a compatible device, software capable of opening PDF files, and access to a printer if you want printed copies. Paper, ink, and printing costs are not included.

Product descriptions identify what is included. Printed appearance may vary depending on your device, printer, paper, and settings.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices and currency are displayed at checkout. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Unless expressly identified as a subscription, a purchase is a one-time payment.

Prices, offers, and available products may change for future purchases. If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected purchase.

4. Download Delivery

After successful payment, access is provided through the delivery method described at checkout, such as a confirmation page, download link, or email.

Please provide an accurate email address and check your spam or promotions folder if a delivery email does not arrive.

5. Permitted Use

Unless a product listing provides different license terms, free and purchased printables include a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for:

Personal use within your household.

Use by one teacher or educator with students in their own classroom.

Use by one activity leader with children in their own noncommercial group.

You may print multiple copies for these permitted uses. You may also share copies privately with your own students through a restricted classroom platform, provided the files are accessible only to that class.

This license does not cover sharing across an entire school, district, organization, or business. Contact us for permission for broader use.

6. Uses That Are Not Permitted

You may not:

Sell, sublicense, or redistribute our digital files or uncolored printable pages.

Upload files to public websites, shared public folders, marketplaces, or social media for others to download.

Share purchased files with other households, educators, or organizations outside the permitted license.

Claim the original artwork or files as your own.

Remove branding or copyright notices from the original printable files.

Use the artwork on merchandise, in products for sale, or in commercial services without written permission.

You may share links to our website so others can obtain their own copies.

You may also share photos of completed coloring activities, provided you have permission from anyone pictured and do not distribute a reusable copy of the original printable file.

7. Ownership and Third-Party Marks

Purchasing or downloading a product gives you permission to use it under these terms; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying content.

We or our licensors retain rights in our original artwork, text, branding, and downloadable materials. Any third-party names, marks, or other protected materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

8. Refunds and Product Problems

Because digital files cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once the files have been delivered or made available. We generally do not offer refunds for a change of mind after delivery.

If you experience a duplicate charge, receive an incorrect or defective file, or cannot access your purchase, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We will work with you to correct the problem, provide a replacement, or issue an appropriate refund if we cannot resolve it.
